Surprise Someone You Love With Encouragement

If someone you love is battling cancer, encouragement can mean everything.

Knot Alone is a nonprofit choir that visits individuals and families affected by cancer. We bring music, prayer, and hope directly to their doorstep.

Many of our visits are surprises arranged by caregivers, family members, or friends who want to encourage someone they love.

What Happens During a Knot Alone Visit

  •  A choir arrives quietly at the home. Once everyone is gathered in the front yard, we knock on the door.

  •  We sing Psalm 23, reminding families they are not alone.

  • Each visit is recorded so the recipient and their family can watch it again whenever they need encouragement.

  • The visit lasts about 10-15 minutes

  • We leave a care basket on the front porch that includes a handmade blanket that has been prayed over.

  • These moments often become very meaningful memories for families walking through cancer.
