Knot Alone brings worship, prayer, and encouragement directly to the doorsteps of individuals and families affected by cancer. During some of life’s most difficult moments, a simple act of kindness, music, and prayer can remind someone that they are not forgotten and they are not alone.
Your generosity helps make these visits possible. Each month our volunteer choir gathers to bring hope and encouragement to families walking through cancer, meeting them right where they are — often on their own front porch.
Through the power of music and prayer, hearts are lifted and families are reminded that they are surrounded by love and support.

Bringing Hope
Partnering with Knot Alone allows us to say “yes” when families are referred to us during one of the most difficult seasons of their lives.
Your generosity helps us prepare care baskets, cover operational costs, insurance and transportation, and send encouragement to families who cannot be visited in person.
Right now, our choir is incredibly grateful to borrow 15-passenger vans from generous community partners in order to travel together to our monthly visits. However, as Knot Alone continues to grow, we know this is not a long-term solution.
Our vision is to build a small fleet of four 15-passenger vans so that we can transport our volunteers safely and reliably each month.
As the ministry grows, our hope is to eventually split into two choir teams, each traveling with two vans, allowing us to reach more families and serve more homes in a single afternoon.
Every gift helps us move closer to that goal and allows Knot Alone to continue bringing worship, hope, and encouragement directly to the doorstep of families affected by cancer.
